How Tribe Pics works
One event. Everyone's photos. Full size, nothing lost.

The idea
Someone organising an event creates a tribe and shares a six-character code, a link or a QR. Everyone who joins adds the photos they took. Everyone in the tribe can see all of them and save the ones they want at full size, one at a time in the app or as a zip on the web. Ninety days after the tribe was created it closes and its photos are deleted, so save what you want before then.
Common questions
I did not get my sign-in code
Codes go only to registered email addresses and last ten minutes. Check spam, and make sure you typed the same address you registered with. If you have never used Tribe Pics, create an account instead. There are five codes per hour per address.
Can I create my own tribe?
Anyone can join and add photos. Creating tribes needs organiser access, which we hand out by hand to keep the app free of junk. Ask from Settings in the app; it is usually quick.
Are my originals kept at full size?
Yes. iPhone HEIC photos are kept as HEIC and also converted to full-size JPEG so Android and Windows can open them.
Who can see my photos?
Only members of the tribe you added them to. Nothing is public and nothing is searchable.
Can I delete a photo?
Your own, any time, from the viewer. The organiser can remove any photo in their tribe.
I want out of a tribe
Leave from the tribe page. Your photos stay until the tribe closes unless you delete them first.
Delete my account
Settings in the app or on the web, then "Delete my account". We email a code to confirm. This removes your photos, memberships and account for good.
Reporting a photo or a person
Open the photo and tap Report. It is hidden for you at once and a person looks at it within 24 hours. Tap Block to stop seeing each other's photos everywhere. If something infringes your rights or shows you without your consent, email support@tr83.com with a description or link and we will act on it promptly.
